What is a Life Chronicle?
We all have a story to be told. As ordinary as it may seem today, many of our descendants will treasure knowing anything about who we were. A life chronicle is your life history. It should try to answer these questions:
- Who are you, where were you born, what events or interests helped to shape who you are?
- What do you do, are you an artist, an office worker, a student. What are your plans?
- Where have you been? Tell about an interesting trip, your hobby, or what your interests are.
In telling your story it helps to include:
- An interview with significant others.
- Pictures of your hometown.
- News articles of important events and a narrative of where you were and how this event affected you and your family.
- Old family movies and videos.
No one's story is so commonplace that it shouldn't be written down, illustrated and passed along to their decendants. What seems ordinary today will seem very extraordinary to those in our future.
